Optimum protection of your corporate communications
Nowadays, tighter IT budgets are accompanied by greater requirements for the responsible management: The implementation of security policies ties up a substantial portion of the resources during operation, causing shortages elsewhere. Capital is used for internal security systems, resulting in financial bottlenecks in other areas. Increase your degree of freedom by using our Managed Security Services offer. We can take care of your security. And your IT department can turn its attention back to your core business.
Together with our technology partner antispameurope, we offer you a complete portfolio of managed e-mail security services:
Nothing but clean mail
The entire e-mail traffic for your e-mail domains is redirected to servers at antispameurope (the MX record in the DNS is set to antispameurope), where it is analysed and filtered with various procedures. Obvious spam is already blocked during reception, so that it does not even need to be moved to quarantine. By means of other filter functions, the servers identify newsletters and other bulk mail and tag them accordingly. You can decide how these e-mails are to be forwarded: directly to your own e-mail server or to spam quarantine for further examination by the administrators or by the user himself.
Various anti-virus filters examine incoming e-mails for harmful content and block their delivery if necessary. Thanks to the continuous update of the filters, your systems are protected even against new attack types.
This multiple-stage filtering protects your Internet connection from undesired e-mails, preserves bandwidth, and enables meaningful use of resources.
Confidentiality through transport encryption
The use of Transport Layer Security (TLS) guarantees confidential communication between you, antispameurope, and your customers. This ensures that no attacker can access the content of your e-mails by simply intercepting the communication. If the e-mail servers of your communication partners also support TLS, your important data will remain confidential.
Smooth e-mail operation
The servers of antispameurope are located at various sites across Germany and are configured for high availability. Should your corporate e-mail infrastructure crash, e.g. due to a fire, a stand-by e-mail system at antispameurope can be activated, enabling your various locations to continue to communicate with your customers and partners.
Statutory regulations require the archiving of e-mail traffic. In Germany, everybody is talking about "GDPdU" (principles for data access and auditability of digital documents, Section 257 IV of the German Commercial Code (HGB), Section 147 II of the German Tax Code (AO), e.g. storage of financial documents in the company). The challenge that archiving poses is to find an affordable compromise between the requirements and the considerable costs of storing data for many years.
By integrating the archiving function in the existing managed e-mail security platform, iT-CUBE SYSTEMS and antispameurope offer you a solution that is affordable even for SOHO and medium-sized businesses. All incoming e-mails that do not have any harmful contents and, optionally, all outgoing e-mails, are stored redundantly in secure data centres and made available to the user for queries via Web-based search functions. In this context, compliance regulations like GDPdU are observed.
Without hardware, without software, and entirely maintenance-free.
